Job Summary
Cost Analyst role supporting the Department of State IT Governance and the CA/CST Bureau of Consular Affairs. Responsible for developing and implementing methodologies/tools for cost estimation, supporting IGCEs for new contracts, estimating costs for major initiatives and solution epics, performing independent assessments of quotes/proposals, conducting yearly benefit-cost analyses of CST COTS products, analyzing technical and price impact of CST COTS products, following the 5 FAH-5 H-620 Benefit-Cost Analysis process, and supporting budget formulation. Requires an Active Secret Clearance, 10 years of experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
