Job Summary
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance. Review change orders, contracts, and payment applications. Perform cost analysis, variance reporting, and earned value tracking. Develop cost estimates and support risk-based cost strategies. Prepare and present cost reports and project cashflows to stakeholders. Support the use of project controls and cost management systems. This role works with cross-functional teams across engineering and construction projects to analyze costs and identify opportunities to improve project cost performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 0+ Years of experience in some combination of cost control or financial data analysis
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Problem-solving skills
- Written communication skills
- Verbal communication skills
- Computer and software skills
- Ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form
- Strong analytical skills
