Cost Accoutant

Develop and maintain standard and actual product costs across multiple product lines by analyzing materials, labor, and overhead. Perform cost variance and profitability analysis to identify key cost drivers and support recommended pricing based on margin targets. Partner with sales teams as the primary customer-facing contact for costing, pricing, and margin support while participating in weekly pricing strategy reviews. Collaborate with production and plant management across two facilities through regular plant visits to provide cost analysis, reporting, and recommendations based on manufacturing operations. Requires 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, ERP knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
