Job Summary
Lead the Cost Accounting team while overseeing daily operations and the application of cost accounting principles. Ensure the integrity of financial manufacturing processes, resolve issues on the manufacturing floor, and perform the month-end close. Participate in global cost roll processes, coordinate physical inventory audits, and maintain compliance with Corporate Finance Policies. Deliver process improvement projects and train team members on SAP and cost roll analytics.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of people management experience
- +5 years finance or related business experience
- Prior exposure to finance activities in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Unquestioned ethics and integrity
- Ability for periodic short-term travel for conducting physical inventory audits
