Job Summary
Lead all cost accounting functions including inventory valuation, BOM analysis, and standard costing to support operational and financial decision-making. Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes; manage variance analysis and inventory reconciliation; drive process improvements and cost savings in collaboration with operations; support month-end close, reporting, and audits. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong manufacturing cost accounting expertise; on-site role based in Buford, GA with an emphasis on accurate product costing, inventory controls, and financial visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Strong cost accounting experience within manufacturing environments
- Deep understanding of inventory management and BOM
- Proven ability to analyze data and communicate financial insights
- ERP system experience preferred
