Job Summary
Lead cost accounting for a manufacturing facility, owning BOMs and standard costs for all SKUs; manage month-end close, variances (direct/indirect labor, overhead, scrap), and inventory; collaborate with Plant Director, Operations, and Finance to develop budgets and forecasts; leverage ERP (NetSuite), WMS/MRP, and automation/AI to drive continuous improvement and scale manufacturing efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of cost accounting experience, ideally in CPG or food manufacturing
- Experience working with ERP (NetSuite preferred)
- CPA or CMA preferred
