Job Summary
Cost Accountant will partner with Manufacturing and Operations to support cost transparency, inventory accuracy, and profitable growth. You will calculate full absorption costs for new products, plan and analyze annual cost changes, perform month-end close and variance analysis, and communicate cost results to finance and operational stakeholders. You will ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations, and support internal/external audits. Collaboration with Business Finance, Production, Sourcing, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate product costing and cost changes is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least 2 years of accounting experience, SAP proficiency, and strong organizational and teamwork skills are required.

- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and BI tools
- Proficiency in English
