Cost Accountant - Kalamazoo Area

Develop and maintain standard product costs while analyzing manufacturing variances and overhead absorption. Prepare detailed cost reports for financial forecasting and support make-or-buy decisions with rigorous cost analysis. Identify cost reduction opportunities, track their implementation, reconcile inventory for accurate valuation, and assist in production and inventory budgeting processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or advanced Excel.
