Cost Accountant II

Create, implement, and monitor cost and management accounting systems while analyzing, reconciling, and reviewing inventory valuation reports. Prepare bill of material setups, costing reviews, and variance reports for month, quarter, and year-end closes. Develop product cost models covering material usage, labor rates, and overhead for new or modified business lines. Perform complex analyses of specific cost centers, track standard work procedures, and integrate the cost accounting system with administrative software. Submit period-end presentation data and recommendations to improve financial reporting efficiency.
