Cost Accountant based in Dallas, TX, responsible for reviewing and maintaining accounting records, analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts/quotes, reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring timely close processes, helping prepare forecasts/budgets, and collaborating with Operations to improve business metrics while adhering to regulatory and reporting requirements. Requires strong accounting knowledge, GAAP alignment, and professional certifications preferred (CPA/CMA/CA/CGA).
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / B.C.S / M.Com / MBA / BBA/ BBM or equivalent commerce/accounts degree
- 5-6 years of related experience
- Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CMA, CMA, CA, CGA)
