Job Summary
The Cost Accountant will manage the financial aspects of ticketed and non-ticketed events, supporting budgeting, settlement, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing event budgets, managing settlements, reconciling revenue streams, and presenting financial insights. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, coupled with 2+ years of accounting experience and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems, particularly D365 FO, is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of general accounting experience
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
