Job Summary
Analyze and supervise manufacturing costs by preparing reports comparing standard versus actual costs and investigating budget and forecast variances to recommend corrective actions. Coordinate month-end closing activities including VOP, cost per unit, absorption, MUV, PPV calculations, general ledger journal entries, and SAP report validation. Support new product introductions with cost estimates and participate in annual standard cost, budget, and forecast preparation processes. Maintain inventory account reconciliations, support general ledger accuracy, and ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit standards. Prepare plant key performance indicators and management reports on product costs, profitability, and revenue. This role supports the Reynosa plant's manufacturing of hemodialysis disposables and machines within Fresenius Medical Care's Care Enablement segment. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and a valid U.S. visa are required.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly plant environment
- Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting
- Strong knowledge of Budgeting
- Strong knowledge of Forecasting
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Accounting
- Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
