Job Summary
Build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending additional products, informing customers of promotions, and enrolling them in the Loyalty program. Set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise to highlight sales events, and complete transactions accurately while maintaining a professional store environment. Communicate inventory issues and demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values. Work flexible schedules to meet business needs, lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally and standing for long periods. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
- Can read and explain product labels
- Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
- Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
