Job Summary
Perform blowouts on clients consistently while selling products, tools, and memberships. Maintain shop freshness through dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory management, dishwashing, and restocking shelves. Attend scheduled meetings and provide exceptional customer service. Available Monday through Saturday from 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm, with a mandatory rotating Sunday shift. No mid-shifts are available. Valid cosmetology license for Louisiana required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license for Louisiana
- Must be able to work Monday-Saturday 1:30pm - 7:00pm
- A rotating Sunday is mandatory
- No mid-shifts are available
- Desire to provide ah-may-zing styling, finishing skills, and exceptional customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work with and be a part of a team
- A polished appearance
- Must dress in Drybar colors: black, white, grey, yellow, and denim
- Must attend scheduled meetings
