Lead the grand opening and daily operations of the new Moida retail store on Lincoln Road Mall, hiring and training staff to ensure optimal customer service coverage. Supervise employees in delivering excellent service, maintaining store standards, executing promotions, and managing schedules around holiday cycles. Identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion and brand visibility while maintaining accurate inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers. Cross-train staff to support Beauty Advisors and manage controllable expenses to maintain profitability. Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Mandatory training occurs one to two months prior to the late August 2026 opening.
