Job Summary
Cosmetics Manager leads in-store operations to drive turnover and achieve targets while controlling expenses and shrinkage. Responsible for stock management, recruitment and staff development, performance management, and executing in-store merchandising and customer service strategies to meet customer demands. Strong focus on customer satisfaction, sales process management, strategic sales planning, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Must demonstrate leadership, initiative, organizational and planning skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and independent working capability.

- A minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience
