COSMETICS COUNTER MANAGER

Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow counter business and execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate to meet individual sales and account goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and reach counter targets. Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events. Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
