Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow counter business while executing all duties of a cosmetics sales associate to meet individual sales and account goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and reach counter targets. Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase promotions. Manage a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts to support operations.
