Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow counter business, execute sales associate duties, and meet individual sales and account goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet counter goals. Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events. Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
