COSMETICS COUNTER MANAGER

Manage complete cosmetic line operations by motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow counter business while executing duties of a sales associate to meet individual sales and account goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and reach personal and counter targets. Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase promotions. Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
