Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate to meet individual sales and account goals while assessing performance to improve service quality and increase revenue. Develop relationships to grow counter business and plan successful cosmetic and gift-with-purchase events. Lead a team of beauty advisors to reach personal and counter targets.
