Cosmetics Counter Manager at Von Maur responsible for full counter operations, coaching and guiding beauty advisors to achieve personal and counter goals, developing relationships to grow the counter business, executing all duties of a cosmetics sales associate, assessing performance to improve service quality and sales, planning cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase activities, and working a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Wage expected: $18.00-$21.00 per hour with commission; overtime eligibility.
