Job Summary
Cosmetics Counter Manager responsible for the complete operations of a cosmetic line and leading a team of beauty advisors to meet counter goals. Responsibilities include motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service, coaching and training, developing relationships to grow the counter business, executing all duties of a cosmetics sales associate to meet sales and account goals, assessing performance to improve service quality and sales, planning and executing cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase promotions, and working a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
