Job Summary
Lead cosmetics counter operations at Von Maur, inspiring and coaching beauty advisors to meet personal and counter goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Drive counter sales by developing relationships with customers, executing sales duties, achieving individual and counter goals, and planning successful cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase promotions. Manage associate performance to improve service quality and sales, and participate in a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cosmetics retail or counter management preferred
- Ability to motivate and coach a team
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to plan and execute events and promotions
- Ability to work a rotation including evenings and weekends
