Job Summary
The Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic’s Counter Manager leads a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent service and drive total sales of the cosmetics assortment in-store and online. Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring knowledgeable product guidance, effective merchandising presentation, and a welcoming, high-energy sales floor environment. Oversees coaching and supervision of staff to maintain productivity and customer focus, while integrating technology to enhance sales and service. Requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of related experience, with the ability to work flexible retail hours, and physical duties including standing and occasional lifting.
