Job Summary
Plan customer events, discuss sales strategies with store management, and act as an ambassador for the product line. Lead a retail sales team to actively engage customers, sell merchandise, and provide excellent customer service by fulfilling needs and maintaining selling floor appearance. Accurately complete paperwork and transactions while tracking daily/weekly sales and completing reports. Maintain stock by assisting in receiving, straightening, and replenishing merchandise. Requires strong cosmetics sales experience, ability to operate a POS terminal, and availability for evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay plus commissions, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and liberal employee discount.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong cosmetics sales experience
- Ability to lead a retail sales team
- Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends availability
