Job Summary
Build and cultivate customer relationships while driving sales through in-store and online channels. Supervise a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure they deliver excellent service, maintain compelling merchandise presentation, and remain highly productive. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements to create a seamless, fun in-store experience. Lead the team in embracing technology to process transactions and maintain high engagement on the sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
- Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
