Job Summary
Cosmetics Counter Manager at Von Maur in Charlestowne Mall leads the cosmetic line operations and inspires a team of beauty advisors to reach counter and personal goals. Responsible for executing all duties of a cosmetics sales associate, developing relationships to grow counter business, coaching staff, planning and executing cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase promotions, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Rotates day, evening, and weekend shifts. Compensated with hourly wage plus commission, with comprehensive benefits.
