Job Summary
Build and cultivate customer relationships by delivering outstanding service, product knowledge, and make-up application lessons while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation. Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing technology, and participate in merchandising and operational requirements of the role. Create an easy, seamless, and fun experience on the sales floor, offering skin care consultations, treatments, and up-to-the-minute trend advice. Requires previous selling experience, preferably in cosmetics, with the ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous selling experience
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs
