Job Summary
Build and cultivate customer relationships by offering outstanding service, product knowledge, and make-up application lessons while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation. Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing technology and participating in merchandising and operational requirements. Create a seamless, fun in-store experience by providing skin care consultations, treatments, and up-to-the-minute trend advice, always prioritizing customer needs. Maintain a welcoming, friendly presence on the sales floor while processing register transactions and working with handheld equipment. Requires previous selling experience in cosmetics, proficiency with instructional documents, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25lbs during flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous selling experience
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs
