Job Summary
Beauty Advisor for the Bloomingdale’s Cosmetics floor provides in-store and online client-facing service, makeup application lessons, skin care consultations, and expert product knowledge to drive sales while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation. Responsibilities include creating a seamless customer experience, building and cultivating client relationships, participating in merchandising and operational requirements, and assisting with technology-enabled sales. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and previous selling experience in cosmetics; must work a flexible retail schedule including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
