Job Summary
Build and cultivate customer relationships by offering outstanding service, product knowledge, and make-up application lessons while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation. Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing technology and participating in merchandising and operational requirements. Provide skin care consultations, treatments, and up-to-the-minute trend advice to keep excitement alive on the sales floor. This part-time role in Huntington requires a high school diploma, previous selling experience in cosmetics, and the ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous selling experience
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs
