Job Summary
Build and cultivate customer relationships by creating a seamless in-store experience while driving sales for both in-store and online clients. Provide makeup application lessons, skin care consultations, and treatments, offering expert trend advice to maintain compelling merchandise presentation. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, utilizing technology and handheld equipment to process register transactions. Maintain a welcoming presence on the sales floor, standing or walking for prolonged periods while lifting up to 25lbs. Requires previous selling experience in cosmetics and the ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous selling experience
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to process register transactions
