Job Summary
The Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic Beauty Advisors are experts who provide makeup application lessons, skin care consultations and treatments, and sell the totality of our assortment both in-store and online. They build and maintain client relationships through outstanding service and product knowledge, maintain compelling merchandise presentation, and engage customers with trend-aware guidance. Responsibilities include creating an in-store, seamless customer experience, driving sales with in-store and online clients, participating in merchandising and operational tasks, and utilizing technology for transactions and client engagement. A flexible schedule with retail hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous selling experience is required, preferably in cosmetics
