Job Summary
Execute standardized cosmetic reconditioning processes, including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing, to restore vehicles to CarMax standards. Perform final quality inspections and identify defects to ensure every vehicle meets high customer-ready standards. Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot while maintaining a clean, orderly work area. Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and complete all mandatory training modules. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
