Job Summary
Operate cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures across established multi-location facilities in Florida, including injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Lead patient consultations and treatment planning while managing pre-op and post-op care with full clinical autonomy. Collaborate with dedicated operational teams to drive volume, efficiency, and conversion of consultations into procedures. Execute high-margin surgical and non-surgical revenue streams with urgency and ownership of outcomes. This role offers immediate growth on a scalable platform with aggressive marketing support and travel required within Florida.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Completion of an accredited Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery residency
- Active Florida medical license
Desired Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience
- ASC experience
- Locations (Travel Required Within Florida)
