Job Summary
Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust, removing barriers, and closing gaps while collecting payments and assisting with financing. Meet with 3-6 warm leads daily to discuss cosmetic dental procedures, connect with patients to understand their goals, and present information to doctors for diagnosis. Maintain an organized CRM, manage queues, and follow up aggressively. Participate in weekly training meetings and daily sales huddles. Assist patients in applying for financing and administer successful handoffs to the administrative team for scheduling. Work M-F 8am to 5pm with potential for extra hours to secure sales.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and meeting KPI's
Desired Qualifications
- CRM systems experience preferred
- B2C sales experience a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Displays a strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with people on a personal level
