Job Summary
Cosmetic Associate at DriveTime is responsible for overhaul, rebuilding, and renovation of vehicle exteriors to restore presentable condition. Responsibilities include inspecting for cosmetic repairs, performing glass repairs, operating and maintaining equipment, keeping daily performance logs, achieving throughput/quality targets, ensuring adherence to DriveTime standards, and maintaining a safe, professional work environment. Must troubleshoot basic automotive issues, communicate causes and corrections, learn basic computer systems, and comply with all DriveTime policies. Strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer-ready vehicle presentation. The role requires high school diploma or GED with automotive tech certification or 2+ years of repair experience, valid license, and 18+ years of age. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certificate or Associates degree in automotive technology or 2+ years of work experience in automotive repair
- Valid driver’s license and good driving history
- Must be at least 18 years old
