Cortez - Underground Mobile Maintenance Planner

Job Summary
Plan and schedule the Cortez Conveyor Belt Services maintenance at Cortez Mine, coordinating with business partners to ensure work aligns with approved SOWs, and maintain backlog, stocklists, and budgets. Build task and material lists, coordinate with maintenance, operations, purchasing, and warehouse staff, and communicate with outside vendors while ensuring safe, efficient, and repeatable work processes. Proficiency with SAP, SharePoint, and MS Office is required; strong planning, problem solving, and communication skills are essential. The role is based at Cortez Mine in Elko, NV, and involves on-site maintenance planning and coordination with various teams to meet schedules and budget targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with computer-based maintenance planned/scheduling
- Maintenance planning background
- Previous maintenance planning experience SAP preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent planning, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
