Job Summary
Plan and schedule maintenance work by maintaining an accurate backlog and generating preventive maintenance orders. Develop task and material lists, building activities, and stock level requirements while resolving labor and material sources. Coordinate with maintenance, operations, purchasing, warehouse staff, and outside vendors to achieve set goals. Produce cost and equipment reports and demonstrate leadership in equipment care and custody. Requires five years of mobile equipment mechanic experience, two years of Oracle eAM experience, and three years of mobile maintenance planning experience. Desired Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of mobile equipment mechanic experience
- Previous maintenance planning experience, Xeras and Discovery knowledge
- Two (2) years of Oracle eAM (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) or equipment experience
- Three (3) years of mobile maintenance planning experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with maintenance systems
- Sound understanding of maintenance safety and environmental requirements
- Excellent planning, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
