Cortez - Open Pit Maintenance Electrical Frontline Supervisor

Prioritize and assign personnel as jobs require, coordinate with maintenance and engineering to ensure equipment performs and complies with mine plans, and develop and train employees to standards for safe and efficient operation. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining an excellent safety and performance record. This role requires a minimum of six years of mine-related experience, three years at a supervisory level, and the ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days. Excellent communication skills and the ability to supervise underground teams are essential.
