Job Summary
Collaborate with special education and regular education teachers to provide instructional services to para special education students in classrooms, self-contained settings, and small groups. Assist with daily student activities, including escorting students to and from buses, supervising them during lunch, field trips, and playground time. Provide clerical support, interact with parents and staff regarding staffing, and administer medication when directed by a teacher. Maintain community relations among various school and community clientele while modeling high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
