Job Summary
Teach and support elementary students through standards-aligned, rigorous instruction; collaborate in weekly grade-level PLCs; use MTSS/RtI data to guide targeted supports; provide small-group instruction and leadership to paraprofessionals; engage families as partners in students’ literacy and math development; foster social-emotional learning and character education; align instruction with Colorado standards and district curriculum; contribute to ongoing professional growth with coaching and data-driven practice.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Certified teacher or in a certification program
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in classroom instruction preferred
- Instructional leadership or coaching experience preferred
- Experience in Get Better Faster Framework preferred
- High level of personal organization and planning
- Technology proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
