Lead Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality made-to-order food and accurately plating Banquet or Restaurant items per company specifications, with a need for 5-7 years of culinary experience, food safety certification, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a luxury hotel setting. The role requires strong knowledge of knife-cutting techniques, garnishes, various sauces (including mother sauces like hollandaise and béchamel), meat, fish, and vegetable preparations, adherence to health & safety regulations, and maintaining organized, labeled production with focus on minimizing waste.
