Job Summary
Correspondence Team Member responsible for managing and responding to written consumer communications, researching and investigating complaints, preparing clear, accurate, and compliant written responses, and collaborating with internal teams (including Compliance) to resolve issues. Requires strong written English, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, one year of customer service experience, and attention to detail; bilingual abilities (Spanish/Portuguese) considered a plus. Experience in the timeshare/hospitality industry and QA exposure are preferred. This role involves maintaining documentation, identifying trends in complaints, and handling information requests and administrative tasks to support customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluency in English; bilingual a plus (Spanish and/or Portuguese)
- One year customer service experience required
- Timeshare experience preferred
- Quality Assurance experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
- Professional judgment and ability to handle sensitive or complex customer concerns
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
