Job Summary
Provide administrative support for disability case management through completion and submissions of complex documentation, forms, and correspondence to facilitate representation of a Social Security Disability claim. Manage a high-volume mix of inbound/outbound calls to government offices and clients, obtain medical and vocational documentation, and read/annotate/summarize records. Maintain quality and productivity metrics, communicate program details clearly to clients, navigate multiple software systems, and handle multiple priorities with professional demeanor. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, non-exempt role based in Minneapolis, MN with hours 8:00am–6:00pm CST, and includes a benefits package and potential performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2-years work experience in high volume claims processing/caseload management or customer experience
- 2 years direct experience working in an office environment or call center
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge and typing skills (at least 50 WPM)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
