Job Summary
LPN Night Shift opportunity at Troup County Jail in Georgia by Southern Health Partners. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care and medication administration, performing nursing assessments and intake screenings, assisting with emergency response and triage, monitoring chronic care and treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with RNs, providers, and correctional staff to ensure a safe and professional care environment during full-time night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) on a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.
