Job Summary
Transport clients to approved appointments and activities while conducting monitoring visits at supervised residences. Observe client behavior, perform residence safety checks, and ensure compliance with program requirements. Complete electronic reports, document monitoring activities, and report violations to supervisors. Provide guidance on daily living skills while maintaining professional boundaries. Use personal vehicle for travel throughout the assigned service area with mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Schedule varies based on client needs, averaging 10–20 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Smartphone with the ability to use scheduling and reporting applications
- Ability to travel frequently throughout your assigned service area
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background screening
