Job Summary
Manage duty schedules, approve expense reports, and conduct annual performance evaluations for a team of three pilots and one cabin server. Ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned flight schedules while personally welcoming passengers, providing detailed trip briefings, and delivering impeccable in-flight service including catering and baggage handling. Uphold cabin integrity through thorough cleaning and stocking procedures before each trip. Act as a dedicated liaison between passengers and Corporate Wings, coordinating maintenance test flights and soliciting input for operational needs. Reside within two hours of Dallas (KDAL) with an FAA ATP, 5,000 total flight hours, and a Gulfstream 650 type rating. Work varying hours including weekends and holidays to support an on-demand schedule for a managed client.
Required Qualifications
- Reside within 2 hours of (KDAL) Dallas, TX
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATP) license
- 5,000 total flight hours minimum, of which 2,500 hours as a PIC
- First Class Medical with unrestricted ability to travel worldwide
- Gulfstream 650 type rating
- Ability to work varying hours including day and night; weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Able to manage rest to always be prepared for flight duty during their tour
- Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and a demonstrated ability to make a positive impression including a strong capability to effectively interact with passengers
- Demonstrate the ability to make quick and accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail, both technically and from a passenger-service perspective
- Working knowledge of FARs 91, 91K, and 135; ICAO and other international regulations
Desired Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license
