Job Summary
Ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned flight schedules for a Dallas, TX based Gulfstream 650, adhering to all regulatory and manufacturer guidelines. Personally welcome passengers pre-flight with detailed briefings, weather updates, and itinerary confirmations, then serve as a dedicated liaison from arrival at the FBO to departure. Deliver impeccable in-flight service including responsible alcohol handling, catering, and meticulous baggage loading while performing thorough cabin cleaning and stocking before each trip. Work an on-demand schedule with varying hours including day, night, and weekends, managing rest to remain prepared for flight duty.
Required Qualifications
- Reside within 2 hours of (KDAL) Dallas, TX
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATP) license
- 3,000 total flight hours minimum, of which 1,500 hours as a PIC
- First Class Medical with unrestricted ability to travel worldwide
- Gulfstream 650 type rating
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license
- Ability to work varying hours including day and night; weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Able to manage rest to always be prepared for flight duty during their tour
- Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and a demonstrated ability to make a positive impression including a strong capability to effectively interact with passengers
- Demonstrate the ability to make quick and accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail, both technically and from a passenger-service perspective
- Working knowledge of FARs 91, 91K, and 135; ICAO and other international regulations
